 Ovulite Microscope:-
Ovulite is an optical device which allows a woman to predict the ovulation phase of her cycle in order to predict the days of the month during which she is most likely to conceive. Ovulite is a small cylindrical microscope with an outer protection case about the size of a standard lipstick tube. It has a focussable eyepiece and a small slide where your saliva sample is placed. When you press the "illuminate" button the sample is illuminated with a LED (light emitting diode). The eyepiece then allows you to clearly focus on the sample and closely examine the emerging pattern. |
How it works:-
Saliva and/or cervical fluid forms a "ferning" pattern when dried. The pattern clearly indicates and therefore predicts the biochemical and hormonal changes (estrogen) taking place in the body during ovulation. The Ovulite microscope magnifies the fern-like shapes (which appear like frost on a windowpane) rendering them into easily identifiable patterns. The Ovulite optical system in conjunction with its small internal light or LED is capable of a 40X magnification and easily facilitates the prediction or early onset of ovulation. |
